01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jiya 9 ("we", "the Platform") and the user of the Platform ("you", "Member"). These Terms apply to the website at https://jiya9.site and all related services.

Jiya 9 is an online Sports Betting platform offering betting on a wide range of sports events for users in Bangladesh. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform.

02 Account Registration

To register on Jiya 9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Jiya 9 reserves the right to terminate any account created with false information and forfeit the associated balance.

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must remain active.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• If you suspect a security breach on your account, contact customer support immediately.

03 Age Verification & KYC

Jiya 9 is strictly for adults. No one under the age of 18 may create an account or place bets on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

The following restrictions will apply if the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process has not been completed:

• Withdrawal amounts will be subject to limits.
• Participation in major bonuses and promotions will not be permitted.
• KYC will be required for transactions above a certain amount.

KYC verification may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of current address.

04 Deposits & Payments

Jiya 9 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though in exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 1 hour.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• The maximum single deposit limit is set in accordance with platform rules.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.
• The same reference number cannot be used to make a payment twice.

05 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from Jiya 9, certain conditions must be met. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Jiya 9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Monthly withdrawal frequency and limits may apply.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jiya 9 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: applicable on the first deposit only; may be claimed once.
• The wagering requirement for all bonuses is a fixed multiple of the bonus amount.
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in your bonus being forfeited.
• The same person may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Jiya 9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Jiya 9 and are enforced equally for every member.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cashout option is available.
• Bets must be placed within the designated time before the match kicks off.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet fails to process due to a technical issue, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Winnings will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the result being announced.
• Maximum winnings may be capped, as specified in the relevant betting market.

Jiya 9 reserves the right to void any bet placed by exploiting a system error. Winnings from such bets will not be paid out.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jiya 9 platform. Any such activity detected will result in immediate and serious action.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Use of betting bots or automated software.
• Systematic betting for odds arbitrage or guaranteed profit.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or system errors.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.

09 Responsible Gaming

Jiya 9 believes betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We are committed to the well-being and financial safety of all our members.

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum amount for individual or daily bets.
• Session time limit: decide in advance how many hours you will play.
• Cooling-Off Period: take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: close your account temporarily — from 7 days — or permanently.
